AMERITEL was formed in 1990 through the acquisition of several high performing teleservice companies with expertise in servicing complex accounts with high Customer Care requirements. Today, headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama, AMERITEL has expanded operations to three states across the South. AMERITEL has evolved to service a variety of regional, national, and international companies with a full range of inbound, outbound, e-business, fulfillment, and consulting services.

Our Employees
AMERITEL takes great pride in the quality of the customer contact representatives we hire. We hire people with long-term goals in mind. We believe in promoting from within so that the best people are retained in order to offer our clients the best service available today. Each of our representatives is chosen from a pool of candidates based on his or her ability to effectively converse with customers over the phone. After a candidate is selected for hire, he or she is thoroughly trained on a variety of call handling techniques, proper phone protocol, and AMERITEL's call handling systems.
All of AMERITEL's representatives are provided with on-going training throughout their tenure. AMERITEL records all calls for quality assurance and to help our representatives grow. AMERITEL's main call center is strategically located right off of the largest highway in Huntsville, Alabama. Home of the Space and Rocket Center, Huntsville has many employment resources to draw from.

AMERITEL's call centers are among the most advanced in the country. Our call centers possess state of the art equipment for your business to keep pace with the advances that regularly take place in our industry. All of our PC workstations are fully web-enabled. This is important as your business migrates more and more to the web. We can interact with your callers over your website, process emails, and if it helps with integration and processing on your back end, place data directly onto your website!
AMERITEL's call processing software is among the most flexible and user friendly available today. We can custom design any program to meet and exceed the needs and objectives of the particular program. Our software, when coupled with a customer database, becomes an effective tool to service customers, perform dealer location, and conduct profitable up sell and cross sell efforts.
AMERITEL's phone switches and servers are fully redundant to ensure no down time and full data back up. We have on-site a state-of-the-art natural gas generator backup and UPS battery backup supply to keep us going business as usual in the event of a prolonged power outage. The heart of our data storage is a powerful PC network, and our multiple voice and data T-1 lines of access can work with any long distance carrier. We record ALL phone calls to make sure our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
AMERITEL has in-house programmers for development of custom applications for our clients. The reporting we provide each day is very comprehensive, even showing revenue generated by AMERITEL. AMERITEL can send data via our on-site FTP, email, or fax. Our FTP site is SSH secure to ensure the safety of information.
